The Metropolitan Insurance Company Tower which is also know as Metlife Tower, was Completed in 1909. The construction of the bulidng started in 1893. The arcitects for the buliding were Napoleon Le Burns & sons- Hedden Construction Corp. The Buliding is 700ft tall (213M). It has fifty floors. The Carp anile in venice, Italy was the inspiration for the design of the buliding. The Metlife building has a plain lime stone color to it.
